Introduction

Optimum Bio Equine Therapy Limited (OBET) (OBET Solutions) (referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (the Act) when dealing with personal information.  Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (a natural person).

We actively engage in Research and Development across a range of biology and technology related sectors. As a business, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals with whom we interact. We are committed to ensuring your personal information is kept secure and confidential and not kept for longer than is necessary for the purpose they were processed. When your personal information is no longer necessary, it will be deleted.

     a related company of Optimum Bio Equine Therapy Limited (OBET);

In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction.  If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.
